Oh, of COURSE this was in Wisconsin! HA HA HA HA HA! Well, on the plus side at least the kids weren't in the school bus when this gastrically-distressed mental case responsible for their VERY LIVES DAILY ON THE ROAD was gettin' busy moving her bowels into a plastic bag. HA! Man. People.
